Coquito

Cocktail Ingredients:

2 egg yolks, beaten
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (14 ounce) can cream of coconut
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup white rum
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a double boiler, combine egg yolks and evaporated milk. Stirring constantly, cook over lightly simmering water until mixture reaches a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). The mixture should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Transfer mixture to a blender, and add cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, water, cloves, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into glass bottles, and chill overnight.

Wild Cow

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1 tsp. Sugar
Milk

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in bourbon on bottom of collins glass.
Fill with ice and add milk.
Stir gently and garnish with nutmeg.

White Whale

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. 151-proof Rum
5 oz. Milk
dash of Cinnamon

Instructions:
Mix Milk and Rum.
Stir and add a dash of Cinnamon.

White Plush

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Rye
1/3 oz. Maraschino
1 Egg
1/2 pint Milk

Instructions:
Stir with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Whiskey Eggnog

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Whiskey
1 tsp. Sugar
1 Egg
Milk

Instructions:
Shake well all but milk with cracked ice and strain into collins glass.
Fill with milk.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Whiskey Eggnog (punch)

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 fifth Whiskey
3 oz. Rum
8 Eggs
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 quart Milk
1/2 pound Sugar

Instructions:
Beat yolks and whites of eggs separately.
Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Rum and Whiskey.
Beat mixture.
Add cream and milk.
Mix.
Chill well.
Serve with a sprinkling of nutmeg.

Tom & Jerry

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Brandy
1 Egg
1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup
Hot Milk

Instructions:
Separate egg, beating yolk and white separately.
Fold and combine with sugar syrup in heat resistant mug.
And Rum and Brandy.
Stir.
Add milk and garnish with nutmeg.

Sherry Eggnog (punch)

Punch Ingredients:
1 fifth Sherry
8 Eggs
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 quart Milk
1/2 pound Sugar

Instructions:
Beat yolks and whites of eggs seperately.
Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Sherry.
Beat mixture.
Add cream and milk.
Mix.
Chill well.
Serve with a light sprinkling of nutmeg

Scotch Milk Punch

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Scotch
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
6 oz. Milk

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into collins glass.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Rum Milk Punch

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Light Rum
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 cup Milk

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into collins glass.
