Puerto Apple

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Apple Liqueur
3/4 oz. Light Rum
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 oz. Orgeat Syrup

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into old fashioned glass over ice.
Garnish with lime slice.

Japanese Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
2 dashes Bitters
1 tbsp. Orgeat Syrup

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Fog Blower

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Gin
1 1/2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp Orgeat Syrup
1 oz Sweet Sherry

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients except sherry gently. Strain into a glass half filled with ice cubes. Pour Sherry over the top.
