Passion Fruit Cooler

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Gin
4 oz. Passion Fruit Nectar
1 oz. Orange Juice
2 tsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into collins glass over ice.

Gauguin

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Light Rum
1 tbsp. Passion Fruit Syrup
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Lime Juice

Instructions:
Combine in blender, with a cup of ice, at low speed until smooth.
Pour into old fashioned glass.
Top with a cherry.

Frozen Passion Fruit

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
2 tsp. Lime Juice
2 tsp. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Mix with 3 oz. ice in electric blender until smooth.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.
