A classic twist on the martini, just hold the olives please and replace with pearled onions.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
Pearl onions
Lemon Peel

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Decorate with a twist of lemon peel and 1-3 pearl onions.
