Snowshoe

Cocktail Ingredients:
3 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps

Instructions:
Pour over ice into old fashioned glass.

Peppermint Chocolate

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
Hot Chocolate
Whipped Cream

Instructions:
Pour into mug.
Top with whipped cream.

Mayan Mint

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1/4 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1/4 oz. Triple Sec

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Lighthouse

Shooter Ingredients:
2/3 shots Peppermint Schnapps
1 tsp Kahlua
2 tbsp Rum

In a shot glass, put the schnapps and Kahlua.
Pour the bacardi rum on top using a spoon so it doesn’t go to the bottom, set it on fire, then drink it with a straw, now the drink will be on fire, so blow out the straw once your done drinking it.

Junior Mint

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 pint Chocolate Sorbet
4 oz Peppermint Schnapps (100 Proof)

Instructions:
This is a frozen drink, blend the ingredients together, and drink.

Interplanetary Punch

Punch Ingredients:
24 oz. Light Rum
4 oz. Dark Rum
8 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1 qt. Mango Juice
1 qt. Orange Juice
12 oz. Cream
1 Mango

Instructions:
Cut into pieces 1 sliced Orange 8 Mint sprigs Mix everything except the mango, orange, and mint sprigs into a punch bowl and stir.
Add ice.
Float mint sprigs, and orange and mango slices on top.

Hot Shots

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
Tabasco Sauce

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a shot glass.
Top with a few drops of Tabasco sauce.

Hot Pants

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
2 tsp Sugar
Ice

Instructions:
Shake with ice cubes and pour into a glass rimmed with salt.

Frozen Mint Daiquiri

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz Light Rum
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1 tsp Sugar
1 cup Ice

Instructions:
Blend until smooth.

Doublemint

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
Hot Coffee
1 splash Green Creme de Menthe

Instructions:
Pour schnapps into coffee mug. Add coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream. Add a few drops green creme de menthe for color.
