Cocktail Ingredients:
3 oz. Light Rum
3 tbsp. Coconut Milk
3 tbsp. Crushed Pineapple
Instructions:
Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.
Serve with a straw.

2 oz. Pina Colada Mix
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into highball glass.

1/2 oz Creme De Cacao (Brown)
1/2 oz Amaretto
1 oz Pina Colada Mix
1 oz Cream
Directions:
Pour all ingredients and ice into a blender, blend then strain.
