Planters Punch

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 1/2 tbsp. Sugar
3/4 oz. Water
6 oz. Pineapple Juice

Instructions:
Shake well until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into collins glass over ice.
Garnish with pineapple slice, orange slice and cherry.

Pineapple Punch

Punch Ingredients:
4 bottles Champagne
1 pint Rum
1 pint Brandy
4 oz. Curacao
juice of 4 Lemons
4 Sliced Pineapples
1 pound Sugar

Instructions:
Place pineapples and sugar into punch bowl.
Let stand until the sugar has soaked into the pineapple.
Add all except champagne with some ice cubes and let stand for an hour.
Place large block of ice in center and add champagne.
Ornament with fruit.

Pineapple Mint Cooler

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
2 tsp. White Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Lemon Juice
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
Club Soda

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda.
Strain into collins glass filled with ice.
Add club soda.
Garnish with pineapple stick.

Pineapple Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Pina Colada

Cocktail Ingredients:
3 oz. Light Rum
3 tbsp. Coconut Milk
3 tbsp. Crushed Pineapple

Instructions:
Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.
Serve with a straw.

Park Avenue

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
2 tsp. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
2-3 drops Curacao

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Paradise Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1/2 oz Peach Vodka
1/2 oz Raspberry Vodka
1/4 oz Triple Sec
1 splash Orange Juice
1 splash Cranberry Juice
1 splash Pineapple Juice

Instructions:
In a shaker with ice pour all the ingredients, shake four times, pour into a shot glass and drink.

Papaya Sling

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 tbsp. Papaya Syrup
1 dash Bitters
Juice of 1 Lime
Carbonated Water

Instructions:
Shake well and strain into collins glass over ice cubes.
Fill with carbonated water and stir.
Garnish with slice of pineapple.

Outrigger

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Peach Brandy
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 tsp. Lime Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Nuclear Waste

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
5 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions:
Pour the Vodka, gin, rum, tequila in a Collins glass, fill the remainder with Pineapple juice, shake it a little, then float the Melon Liquer on top.
