Dragon Punch

Punch Ingredients:
Lemon slices
1/2 cup sugar
1 l. Ale
1 l. Porter
1 cup Amontillado
1 cup Brandy
2 750-ml. bottles Champagne

Instructions:
Put a block of ice in a chilled punch bowl and cover with lemons, evenly coating sugar onto the lemons. Add other ingredeints, adding the champagne just before serving. Serves about 35.

Daffodil

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Apple Brandy
1 oz. White Port
2 tsp. Apricot Brandy
2 tsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Cold Ruby Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 quart Arrack
1 quart Port
1 quart Tea or Water
1 lb. Sugar
juice of 8 Lemons

Instructions:
Mix well with ice and serve.

Coffee Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Brandy
2 oz. Port
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 Fresh Egg

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Grate a little nutmeg on top.

Chicago Fizz

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Light rum
1 oz Port
juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered sugar
1 Egg white
Carbonated water

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes.
Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.

American Beauty

Cocktail Recipe:
1 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/4 tsp. White Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Grenadine
1/2 oz. Tawny Port

Directions:
Shake brandy, vermouth, creme de menthe, orange juice, and grenadine and strain into a cocktail glass. Float the port.
