1/4 oz. Drambuie
Instructions:
Pour Scotch into old fashioned glass with ice.
Float Drambuie on top.

3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

1 tbsp. Light Cream
Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into old fashioned glass over ice.

1 1/2 oz. Rum
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/2 tsp. Sugar
Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into sour glass.
Decorate with 1/2 slice lemon or orange and a cherry.
Cocktail Ingredients:
1 whole Watermelon
1 pint Light Rum
Instructions:
Cut small plug out of side of watermelon. Pour in Rum.
Refit hole with plug and tape with strong tape.
Let watermelon soak for 24 hours, rotating 1/4 turn every few hours.
Take out plug and pour out excess Rum.
Slice watermelon and serve.
Cocktail Ingredients:
Pineapple Slices
151 proof Rum
Instructions:
Slice pineapple into small chunks.
Lay out on baking pan with toothpicks in each.
Pour in just enough 151 proof rum to cover the pineapple slices.
Let sit for several hours.
Pour out excess rum and serve.
Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Rum
Orange Juice
Instructions:
Pour Rum over 2 ice cubes in collins glass.
Fill with chilled orange juice.
Stir well.
