Morning Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Whiskey
1 oz. Brandy
1 dash Absinthe
2 dashes Red Curacoa
2 dashes Bitters
1/4 tsp. Sugar

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with twist of lemon.

East India Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
3 dashes Raspberry Syrup
3 dashes Red Curacoa
3 dashes Bitters
3 dashes Maraschino

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Serve with twist of lemon peel.

Couperee

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1 1/2 oz. Red Curacoa
1 scoop Ice Cream Soda

Instructions:
Mix in collins glass, filling with soda.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
