Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Wild Wendy

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Coconut Rum
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Instructions:
Fill collins glass with ice cubes.
Add ingredients.
Shake or stir well.

White Whale

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. 151-proof Rum
5 oz. Milk
dash of Cinnamon

Instructions:
Mix Milk and Rum.
Stir and add a dash of Cinnamon.

Whiskey Eggnog (punch)

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 fifth Whiskey
3 oz. Rum
8 Eggs
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 quart Milk
1/2 pound Sugar

Instructions:
Beat yolks and whites of eggs separately.
Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Rum and Whiskey.
Beat mixture.
Add cream and milk.
Mix.
Chill well.
Serve with a sprinkling of nutmeg.

Whaler’s Toddy (hot)

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Rum
4 oz. Boiling Water
1 tsp. Sugar

Instructions:
Combine and stir well.
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, add cloves and cinnamon stick.

West Indian Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1/2 gallon Light Rum
1 bottle Creme de Banana
32 oz. Pineapple Juice
32 oz. Orange Juice
32 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Grated Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Grated Cloves
6 oz. Carbonated Water

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar and spices in carbonated water.
Pour into punch bowl over ice.
Add other ingredients.
Stir.
Add sliced bananas.

Wave Cutter

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice

Instructions:
Mix in old fashioned glass over ice.
Garnish with cherry.

Watermelon Cooler

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. Light Rum
2 tsp. Lime Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar Syrup
4 oz. Watermelon (seeded)

Instructions:
Mix in blender with 4 oz. crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into collins glass.
Garnish with lime slice.

Waterloo

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Mandarin Napoleon Liqueur
3 oz. Orange Juice

Instructions:
Mix Rum and orange juice over ice in old fashioned glass.
Float Mandarin napoleon Liqueur on top.

Tropical

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/4 slice Pineapple
1 dash Grenadine

Instructions:
Sprinkle sugar on pineapple slice.
Beat all ingredients in electric blender.
Pour unstrained.
Serve with short straw.
