Tropical Sunset

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Rum
Orange Juice

Instructions:
Mix Coffee Liqueur and Rum in collins glass over ice.
Fill with orange juice.

Toolbox

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Tequila
Orange Juice

Instructions:
Fill highball glass with ice.
Add ingredients and stir.

Tom & Jerry

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Brandy
1 Egg
1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup
Hot Milk

Instructions:
Separate egg, beating yolk and white separately.
Fold and combine with sugar syrup in heat resistant mug.
And Rum and Brandy.
Stir.
Add milk and garnish with nutmeg.

Three Miles

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 tsp. Grenadine
Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Stir well with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

Third Rail

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Light Rum
3/4 oz. Apple Brandy
3/4 oz. Brandy
1/4 tsp. Anis

Instructions:
Stir well with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

Texas Tea

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Sour Mix
Cola

Instructions:
Shake well with ice.
Pour into a Collins and top with Cola.
Garnish with a lemon slice.

Tahiti Club

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Light Rum
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Pineapple Juice
1/2 tsp. Maraschino

Instructions:
Shake well with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Taboo

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Vodka
2 tbsp. Pineapple Juice
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 drops Rock Candy Syrup

Instructions:
Combine in blender with 2 oz. crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into sour glass.

Sunburn

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. 151 proof Rum
1 1/2 oz. Punch
4 oz. Orange Juice
Club Soda

Instructions:
Pour all but club soda over ice into highball glass.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with orange slice.

Strawberry Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 bottle Rum
8 quarts Strawberries
1 pound Sugar
1 1/2 gallons Tea

Instructions:
Combine strawberries with sugar in large punch bowl and refrigerate for 2 days.
Strain and combine with Rum.
Right before serving add tea and chunks of ice.
