Strawberry Daiquiri

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz Strawberry Schnapps
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1 tsp. Sugar
1 oz. fresh or frozen Strawberries

Instructions:
Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

St. Croix Crusta

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Rum
3 dashes Orchard Syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Lemon Juice
2 dashes Maraschino

Instructions:
Using a lemon, peel the rind from it all in one piece.
Fit the rind into the glass, covering the entire inside.
Run a slice of lemon around the edge, and dip the glass into sugar.
Shake well with shaved ice and strain into glass.

Sky Club

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
3 oz. Orange Juice
2-3 drops 151 proof Rum

Instructions:
Pour over ice into old fashioned glass.
Stir well.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Grenadine
Club Soda

Instructions:
Shake well with ice.
Strain into a highball glass.
Top with club soda.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into old fashioned glass.

September Morning

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Grenadine
1 Egg White

Instructions:
Shake well with ice.
Strain into a highball glass.

Scorpion

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Creme de Noyaux
2 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Blend all with 3 oz. crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into highball glass.
Garnish with orange slice.

Scooby Snack

Shooter Ingredients:
splash of Lemon Lime Soda add
1/2 shot of Banana Liqueur then
1/2 shot of Melon liqueur and a
splash of Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 ounce shot coconut Rum

Instructions:
Combine with ice or strain as a shot
