Virgin Mary

Drink Ingredients:
4 oz. Tomato Juice
1 dash Lemon Juice
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
2 drops Tabasco Sauce
Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.

Smart Dog

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/4 tsp. Salt

Instructions:
Pour into highball glass over ice.
Stir well.

Salty Dog

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/4 tsp. Salt

Instructions:
Pour into highball glass over ice.
Salt the rim of glass.
Stir well.

Red Snapper

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 ounces gin
4 ounces tomato juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 to 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Celery stalk

Instructions:
Stir ingredients with cracked ice in a chilled highball or delmonico glass.
Stir in Worcestershire and salt and pepper.
Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.

Prairie Chicken

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Gin
1 Egg
Pepper and Salt

Instructions:
Open egg without breaking yolk and put into wine glass.
Pour Gin on top.
Add salt and pepper.

Frozen Fruit Margarita

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
Juice of 1/2 Lemon or Lime
1 oz. Fruit Liqueur or Fresh Fruit

Instructions:
Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime.
Dip glass in salt.
Mix ingredients with 1/2 cup shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.
