Foreplay

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

Instructions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into a highball glass.

Fisherman’s Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Bourbon
3/4 oz. Strawberry Schnapps
splash of Cola

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Doublemint

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
Hot Coffee
1 splash Green Creme de Menthe

Instructions:
Pour schnapps into coffee mug. Add coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream. Add a few drops green creme de menthe for color.

Chocolate Covered Martini

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Godiva liqueur
1/2 oz Vanilla schnapps

Instructions:
Chill cocktail glass.
Mix Vodka, Godiva, and Vanilla Schnapps.
Stir, do not shake.
Place single cherry with stem in chilled cocktail glass.
Strain over cherry.

Cherry Spitfire

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz Light rum
2 oz Tequila
2 oz Peach schnapps
2 oz Triple sec
Grenadine
Top with 151 proof rum

Instructions:
Mix ingredients and top with 151.

Cherry Cheesecake

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 jigger Vanilla schnapps
Fill with Cranberry juice

Instructions:
Add 3/4 jigger of Schnapps then layer cranberry juice on top.

Champagne Rainbow

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Cranberry Juice
2 scoops Rainbow Sherbet
1 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Champagne

Instructions:
Pour cranberry juice into glass. Blend sherbet, vodka, and schnapps until smooth. Pour blended ingredients over cranberry juice to produce swirl effect. Layer champagne on top.

Cerebral Hemorrhage

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
several drops of Grenadine

Instructions:
Layer Kahlua, Peach Schnapps and Bailey’s Irish Cream into old fashioned glass with ice.
Add several drops of grenadine.
Do not stir.

Caribbean Cruise

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz melon liqueur
1/2 oz Peach schnapps
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
Pineapple juice
splash 7-Up

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, shake well and serve over ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a cherry.

Canteloupe Dizzy

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
1 oz melon liqueur
1 oz Peach schnapps
1 pt Club soda
Ice cubes

Instructions:
Pour club soda into a parfait glass with ice.
Pour vodka, melon liquer, and peach schnapps into a shaker and shake well.
Strain into the club soda and stir.
Garnish with cherry/orange/pineapple.
