Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. 151 proof Rum
1 1/2 oz. Punch
4 oz. Orange Juice
Club Soda

Instructions:
Pour all but club soda over ice into highball glass.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with orange slice.

Smith And Kearns

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Light cream
Carbonated water

Instructions:
Pour Kahlua and light cream into a highball glass filled with ice and stir well. Fill with carbonated water, stir lightly, and serve.

Sloe Gin Rickey

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Club Soda

Instructions:
Squeeze juice of 1/2 lime over 2 ice cubes in highball glass and drop in lime shell.
Add Sloe Gin and fill with club soda.
Stir gently.

Sloe Gin Fizz

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
1 tsp. Sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Club Soda

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda.
Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes.
Fill with chilled club soda.
Stir gently.

Silver Fizz

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Gin
2 oz. Sour Mix
1 Egg White
Club Soda

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into a collins glass.
Top with club soda.

Shark’s Tooth

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Grenadine
Club Soda

Shake well with ice.
Strain into a highball glass.

Scotch Rickey

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Scotch
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Club Soda

Rum Highball

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Rum (light or dark)
Club Soda or Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Pour Rum over 2 ice cubes into highball glass.
Fill with club soda or ginger ale.
Stir gently.
A twist of lemon peel may be added if desired.

Rum Coconut Fizz

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 1/4 oz. Light Rum
2 tsp. Creme de Coconut
2 tsp. Lime Juice
Club Soda

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda.
Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes.
Fill with chilled club soda.
Stir gently.
Top with sprigs of mint.
