Kiwi – Cilantro Mojito

Cocktail Ingredients:
4 sprigs of cilantro
4 mint leaves
1/4 lime
1 peeled and halved kiwi
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. water
2 oz. rum
club soda

Instructions:
Muddle kiwi, cilantro and mint together. Add rum and ice then fill with club soda. Garnish with lime.

Old Rose Daiquiri

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 Dark rum
1 tsp. sugar
Lime juice
Strawberry syrup
2 Strawberries

Instructions:
Pour all ingredients and ice into a blender and blend till ice is crushed. Serve in a daiquiri or martini glass.

Chocolate Old Fashioned

This is not a girly choco-tini! It’s full on Old Fashioned with a chocolate Cocoa twist.

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 ounces Pricahrd’s Double Chocolate Bourbon Whiskey
1 sugar cube
3 dashes bitters
club soda

Instructions:
Place the sugar in an Old-Fashioned glass. Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a splash of water or club soda. Crush the sugar with a wooden muddler OR strong spoon. Rotate the glass so that the sugar grains and bitters give it a lining. Add a large ice cube. Pour in the bourbon. Serve with a stirring rod. Garnish with a sliver of chocolate.

Cranberry Old Fashioned

A great holiday twist on an old favorite!

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 ounces rye whiskey
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 Tbl spoon of Cranberry sauce
club soda

Instructions:
Place the sugar cube in a Boston mixing glass. ADD 2 or 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, rye and cranberry sauce. Shake well to mash the cranberry sauce, pour into an old-fashion glass and top off with club soda. Garnish with an orange slice or cherries.

Ginger Syrup

Mixer Ingredients:

1 lemon
2 cups grated or chopped fresh ginger with peel
1 cup sugar
2 cups water

Instructions:
Remove the peel of the lemon, do not to include too much of the bitter white pith. Finely chop the lemon peel and ginger in a food processor. Put lemon-ginger mixture in a saucepan, add the sugar, water & bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the mixture and cool. Will keep up to one week in the fridge when covered.

Zanzibar

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
1 tsb. Sugar syrup
2-3 dashes Orange bitters

Instructions:
Shake well with ice.
Strain into a chilled sour glass.
Add ice cubes.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Yard of Flannel

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 qt. Ale or Beer
4 oz. Rum
3 oz. Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions:
Warm ale or beer over low heat.
In a seperate bowl mix the other ingredients and beat well.
Add ale or beer slowly to the mixture stirring constantly.
Pour into warmed mugs when mixture is creamy.

Wine Lemonade

Cocktail Ingredients:
4 oz. White Wine
3 dashes Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Sugar
Water

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but water.
Strain into collins glass filled with ice.
Fill with water.

Wild Cow

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1 tsp. Sugar
Milk

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in bourbon on bottom of collins glass.
Fill with ice and add milk.
Stir gently and garnish with nutmeg.

White Rose

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Gin
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 tsp. Lime Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar Syrup
1/2 Egg White

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
