Whiskey Toddy (hot)

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
1 sliced Lemon
1 lump Sugar
4 oz. Boiling Water

Instructions:
Combine and stir well.
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, add cloves and cinnamon stick.

Whiskey Toddy (cold)

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
1 lump Sugar
1 cube Ice

Instructions:
Stir well and serve.

Whiskey Sour

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/2 tsp. Sugar

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into sour glass.
A splash of club soda may be added if desired.
Decorate with 1/2 slice lemon or orange and a cherry.

Whiskey Smash

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
2 tsp. Sugar
2-3 springs Fresh Mint

Instructions:
Muddle mint and sugar with 2 oz. shaved ice.
Add Whiskey and strain into sour glass.
Garnish with fruit.

Whiskey Sling (hot)

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Whiskey
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Hot Water
Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice.
Add Whiskey.
Pour into old fashioned glass.
Stir.
Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.

Whiskey Sling (cold)

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Whiskey
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Water
Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Insructions:
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice.
Add Whiskey.
Pour into old fashioned glass over ice.
Stir.
Garnish with twist of lemon peel.

Whiskey Flip

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
2 tbsp. Light Cream
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 beaten Egg
Nutmeg

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into sour glass.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Whiskey Fix

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp. Sugar

Instructions:
Mix sugar with lemon juice in highball glass until sugar has dissolved.
Fill glass with ice and add Whiskey.
Stir.
Garnish with slice of lemon and serve with straws.

Whiskey Eggnog

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Whiskey
1 tsp. Sugar
1 Egg
Milk

Instructions:
Shake well all but milk with cracked ice and strain into collins glass.
Fill with milk.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Whiskey Eggnog (punch)

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 fifth Whiskey
3 oz. Rum
8 Eggs
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 quart Milk
1/2 pound Sugar

Instructions:
Beat yolks and whites of eggs separately.
Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Rum and Whiskey.
Beat mixture.
Add cream and milk.
Mix.
Chill well.
Serve with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
