Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 tbsp. Vodka
1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar Syrup
Club Soda
Instructions:
Combine all but club soda in collins glass over ice.
Fill with club soda.
