Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1 tsp. Sugar
Milk
Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in bourbon on bottom of collins glass.
Fill with ice and add milk.
Stir gently and garnish with nutmeg.
